1. General information
Our affiliate program allows partners to earn a commission by recommending products on diamondz.art.
The following guidelines govern the terms and conditions for participation in the affiliate program.
2. Conditions of participation
– Participation requires successful registration as an affiliate
– By participating, affiliates accept our terms and conditions and privacy policy
– Affiliates are committed to legally compliant advertising – spam, deception, or misleading promises are expressly prohibited
– The use of the affiliate link must be honest, transparent and without artificial traffic
3. Remuneration & Payment
– The commission refers to confirmed sales generated via the individual affiliate link
– Commissions are only paid for completed and non-revoked orders
– Payouts are made monthly, with a minimum payout of €50
– Payment is made via PayPal or to an account specified by the affiliate
4. Use of advertising materials
– Affiliates may use the provided banners, links and logos
– Changes to the advertising materials or misuse (e.g. in an offensive or misleading context) are prohibited
– The placement of the affiliate link must not be misleading or deceptive
5. Termination & Blocking
– Diamondz Art reserves the right to immediately exclude affiliates from the program in case of violations of these guidelines
– Termination by the affiliate is possible at any time without any formalities (e.g. by email to info@diamondz.art ).
– There is no entitlement to participation or readmission to the program
6. Legal Notice
– Participation in the affiliate program does not establish an employment, commercial agency or partnership relationship
– We reserve the right to make changes to the program or the compensation structure; changes will be announced in a timely manner
