1. Orders
1.1. How can I place an order?
You can place orders directly through our online shop at www.diamondz.art . Select your desired product, add it to your shopping cart, and follow the ordering process.
1.2. Can I change or cancel my order later?
If your order is not yet in production, please write to us as soon as possible at info@diamondz.art – we will check whether a change or cancellation is still possible.
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only deliver to the following countries within Europe:
Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece.
2.2. How much are the shipping costs?
– Germany: free
– Europe: €6.99 flat rate
The exact shipping costs will be shown to you during checkout.
2.3. How long does delivery take?
– Germany: up to 11 working days
– Europe: up to 14 working days
Since each product is produced individually after ordering, slight delays may occur in exceptional cases.
2.4. How can I track my order?
After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if available.
3. Payment
3.1. Which payment methods do you accept?
– PayPal
– Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
– SEPA transfer
– Apple Pay / Google Pay
4. Return & Cancellation
4.1 How long do I have to return an item?
You can return your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
4.2. Who bears the return costs?
The return costs are to be borne by the buyer, except in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.
4.3. What happens if products are damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with a photo at info@diamondz.art . We'll take care of it.
4.4. Can personalized designs be returned?
Custom designs created on request are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.
5. Products & Quality
5.1. What materials do you use?
Our murals are made from high-quality materials using modern printing technology – durable, color-intensive and rich in detail.
5.2. Do you offer personalized designs?
Our regular products in the shop are not personalized.
However, if you would like a custom design or special customization, please feel free to send us an inquiry – we will check whether your desired motif can be implemented.
Please note: There is no right of return for personalized designs.
